Approach from the south, make right traffic. Avoid overflying the white house off the west end of the runway. Turn base prior to reaching the house. The strip is is in good condition and is a great place for first time off-fielders. Be mindful of density altitude, the strip is at about 5000 MSL. Clear approaches at both ends of the runway.

Note that if you venture too far off the runway the ground gets rough and the weeds get high.
