MORNING SHADOWS RANCH, CO

RWY Surface is combination of (uneven) dry grass, dirt, and gravel. Not maintained on regular basis. Large rodent holes can be present on the runway along with mitigation equipment/traps. Northern most section of runway is rough w/ tall grass and uneven surface. Rising terrain when taking off to the North. A 500' hill is located on the Southern approach end requiring non-std approach/TKOF.
